Can I actually get results in 90 days?
Absolutely. 3 months of doing the right muscle building workouts will make a big difference in your physique if you are consistent the whole way through.
And 3 months of proper nutrition will add the perfect fuel for that transformation. 
Will you fully maximize your gains in 3 months? No. But by the end of that 3-month stretch, you will have built a noticeable amount of muscle, and you will have all of the necessary habits in place to stay in amazing shape for the rest of your life
What if I don't have time for all of the workouts?
That is not an issue. When we start you out, we are going to model the workout program around the best times/dates for you to work out. And if you're limited to 20-30 minutes, we can still design highly effective workouts for you that fit that time frame.
What happens if I miss a workout?
You will get the best results by hitting every workout. With that being said, if you miss one here and there, that is okay. It is our job as coaches to help you stay on track and make sure you can make up the missed workout easily. 

Other cases:

Getting sick: Getting sick can cause you to miss 1-2 weeks of exercise, and possibly get weaker in that process. If something like that comes up, we will help you get back on track, and adjust your program accordingly. 
What if I lose motivation?
Change is tough. You might have times where you are less motivated than others. If you feel like you are losing motivation, tell us. You will have 24/7 text access to us as coaches, and we will help you work through that loss of motivation and get you back on track.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. All you'd have to do is go to the settings in Truecoach, and remove your payment method.

Ask your coach to cancel your membership.

If a new month rolls around and you want to cancel the subscription, you have a 5 day grace period for a refund on that month. 
What if I don't have time to cook?
We don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution to your nutrition. We will work around any preferences you have when it comes to your nutrition, as long as they can still lead to the result you're paying for. If you absolutely can't stand cooking, we will give you dining-out options, and pre-made meal options that fit your calorie, and macro targets.
How often will I get to interact with my coach?
You have 24/7 access to your coach. Now, don't call us at 3 a.m. to talk about your relationship problems, but you can shoot a text literally whenever, and you will be met with a quick response.  

We will also do an in depth checkin with you every single week.
These are indeed optional, but highly recommended
Do I have to track all of my calories?
Tracking calories is extremely useful when it comes to getting the results you want from nutrition, whether that's eating below a calorie amount to lose weight, or eating above a calorie amount to gain weight. With that being said, we offer multiple different nutrition approaches based on our clients individual needs, preferences, and limitations. So no, you do not.
How do I schedule my checkin calls?
Every week, your coach will send you a Calendly Link via text. You just pick the time/date that works best for you.
